Refund and Returns Policy 

Returns & Cancellations

At Prime Equine Meds, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of the invoice date. To initiate a return, please contact us at sales@primeequinemeds.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns without an RMA will not be accepted.

All returned items must be in their original, undamaged, and resalable condition, including all packaging, manuals, and accessories. A 20% restocking fee applies to all approved returns. Please note that vaccines, iced items, syringes, needles, and prescription medications are non-returnable.

Shipping charges—both initial and return—are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. If your return causes the final invoice amount to fall below the $274.99 minimum required for free shipping, standard shipping fees will be applied. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method and secure packaging for all returns. Prime Equine Meds is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled by emailing sales@vetsupplyhub.com as soon as possible. Please note that a 10% cancellation fee will apply to all cancelled orders. While we strive to process cancellation requests promptly, email cancellations are not guaranteed to be processed before shipment. If your order has already shipped, it will require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) to be returned in accordance with our return policy.

Refused or Unclaimed Deliveries

Refused or unclaimed packages will be refunded, less shipping charges and a 20% restocking fee, after the items have been received and inspected. All returned products must be in acceptable, resalable condition to qualify for a refund. Please note that vaccines and prescription items are not eligible for refund under any circumstances.

Damaged or Incorrect Shipments

If your package arrives damaged or contains incorrect items, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing sales@vetsupplyhub.com . Retain all original packaging materials until you receive further instructions from our team. Thank you for your cooperation as we work to resolve any issues promptly.
