gastrointestinal nematodes (Toxocara canis, Toxascaris leonina, Ancylostoma caninum, Ancylostoma braziliense, Trichuris vulpis);
larvae of dirofilariae ( Dirofilaria immitis ).

Frontline Nexgard Spectra contains two active ingredients: afoxolaner and milbemycin oxime.

Afoxolaner is an insectoacaricide from the group of isoxazolines, known as the active ingredient of Frontline

The studies performed have demonstrated similar pharmacokinetics of afoxolaner molecules in combination with milbemycin oxime.

Thus, it was confirmed that the effectiveness against fleas and ticks oare at the same level.
